MATHCOUNTS is a national math enrichment and competition program for middle school students designed to challenge and motivate students to develop strong math skills in preparation for the MATHCOUNTS competition.
The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school's commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. These five pillars have been associated with membership in the organization since its inception in 1929.
The student council helps share ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and school principals. They often help raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events, community projects, helping people in need, and school reform.
