Mr. Sam Hubbard is from Fallon, Nevada, and has been at Rocky Mountain for the last three years teaching Math. While Mr. Hubbard is relatively new to RMMS, he has been teaching for 34 years! He became a teacher because he loves mathematics and enjoys working with kids. He thought teaching was a great combination of those! His favorite part about teaching is seeing his students learn and use problem solving skills. He tells them that math helps a person become a problem solver which they can apply to any aspect in life. When not teaching, he enjoys working in the yard, spending time with family, and Lego’s.
