Mrs. Laurie Treat is from Vernal, Utah originally and has been in education for 30 years. Mrs. Treat teaches Rocky Mountain’s Personal Management class helping students socially and emotionally. She decided to become a teacher after playing school with her little sisters and decided she was really good at being the boss and creating work for them! Her favorite part about teaching is the KIDS! When not teaching, she enjoys everything outside (camping, biking, hiking, walking/running, gardening, and photography)! She has been married for 26 years to the love of her life, Scott Treat, and they have 3 kids that are all in college. She loves being a wife, a mom, and a teacher where she learns so much from all of her jobs and her people!
